The products are organized in categories based on the typology. Beside the picture of every product you can find the button "Product Card" (with a more detailed description of the product, enlarged picture, alternative photos, incidental variants and availability) and "Add to the trolley" to insert the product into the trolley and process the purchase.

The button "Add to the trolley" will allow you to insert the product into the trolley or to update the quantity if already present.

Remember, until the confirmation of the payment data you will always be able to change your mind about the kind and quantity of the product. Here you are the stages to complete the purchase:

• Choose the products you want to buy
• Insert all the products, one by one, into the trolley pressing "Add to the trolley"
• Process the purchase pressing "BUY" on visualize trolley
• Insert the data for the forwarding (and incidental gift-wrap with relative message) or just verify if they are exact
• Choose the preferred Conditions of Payment e press "Confirm order"
• On the Summing up press "Process", at the end of the page. In this moment the order is concluded and the purchase executed
• a In confirmation of the correct registration of your order you will receive a detailed confirmation of the purchased products on your mailbox

TROLLEY

The trolley is the section of the site where you can insert the products you would like to purchase.

Every time you press the button Add to the trolley the products are inserted into this section that you will be able to visualize in each moment of your surfing clicking on "visualize trolley" on the top of the page, on the left.

For every product in the trolley it is possible to change the quantity or to remove it definitively.

You have to press the button "BUY" to conclude the purchase.

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum amount of the order is referred to the one shown on the total trolley, expedition costs and others excluded.

In order to confirm the order, we propose you a page to insert or confirm the expedition data, and the chance to choose the conditions of payment.

PAYMENT

When you buy online it is necessary to choose the conditions of payment you prefer:

• Credit card
  The payment by credit card allows you to effect the online purchase in the greatest simplicity and with guaranteed safety and privacy.
  
  The transactions
  You can pay your purchase with credit cards of the circuits Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron. You will communicate the number of your credit card exclusively to the site of BankPass - Banca Popolare di Verona. The transactions, in fact, don’t take place with tools managed by Cose di Donna, but through the technologically safe servers of BANKPASS Web.
  
  Payment by Cards Visa and MasterCard
  In order to guarantee to the clients the greatest safety, the international circuits Visa and MasterCard require the respect of the following control measures on transactions by credit card: the affixing of a safety code, constituted by a group of three figures printed on the backside of the credit card, on the part reserved to the signature. The authentication of the client on a special pop up, directly managed by Bankpass, using data previously given by the client himself by the issuing bank of the card (standard "Verified by Visa and SecurCode").

  In order to effect the payment through the service Bankpass Web, it is first necessary to agree with the service through the site www.bankpass.it. In order to process the purchase, insert User-ID and password (given through the agreement) to enter your own virtual wallet and choose the conditions of payment you would like to use (credit card, pre-paid card, Soldintasca and PagoBancomat): so the transaction will be concluded without the data of the credit card or of PagoBancomat travelling on the Internet. For each transaction effected by the wallet, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.

EXPEDITION AND DELIVERY

• The Forwarding charges are 6 euros in a normal package or 7 euros in a gift-wrap (purchase by credit card).
• If the total of the trolley is over 100 euros, the expedition is free.
• The Time of delivery are of 5 working days, including Saturdays in the main Italian cities

If you are not logged in, you can do it just by clicking on “Login”. The registration doesn’t involve any kind of obligation.

LOGIN

After the registration it will be possible to effect a purchase just by giving e-mail address and password.

PASSWORD

In order to log into the site, it is necessary to provide a personal password. It is a secret word of at least 6 letters (word or imaginary code) and it is requested during the phase of registration, together with personal data and e-mail address.
The combination of e-mail address and password assures the exclusivity of your registration and these data are requested any time it is necessary to be recognized by the site.

MODIFY PERSONAL DATA

RIGHT OF RECESSION

According to the art. 64 and following of the Legislative Decree 206/2005, (Consumers’ Code), if the client is a consumer (that is a physical person purchasing the wares for finalities not linkable to his professional activity, so not effecting the purchase showing on the order form to www.cosedidonna.com with a reference of a VAT registration number) has the right to recess from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing any explanation, according to the following conditions.
In order to exert this right, the client will have to send a recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery containing a communication about that, within 10 working days from the date of the delivery of the wares. The communication of recession can be sent within the same term also through telegram, telex, mailbox and fax, only when confirmed by a recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery within the following 48 hours. The wares will be returned charging the client within 30 days from the date of the delivery of the wares themselves (at the place of the 10 days foreseen by the Consumer’s Code). Gap Ltd will provide the return of the whole paid amount for the purchase of the returned wares sending a non-negotiable check within 15 days from the delivery of the non damaged wares that is, in case of payment through credit card, the reversal of the amount charged and anyway within 30 days from the date when Gap Ltd. got to know about the recession. The right of recession is only in charge of the consumer client, that is a physical person purchasing wares for goals not linked to his professional activity, so not effecting the purchase putting his VAT on the order form.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

As a total guarantee for the client, GAP Ltd. commits itself to replace any product in the package not corresponding to the description, damaged, different from the order or of the wrong colour or, in any case, to refund the relative sum if the Client requires it. It is sufficient for the Client to send the wares back within 30 days from the delivery. The formula "satisfied or refunded" is in fact extended by Gap Ltd. concerning the terms: in fact it can be exerted within 30 days, compared to the 10 normally foreseen for distance sales. Excluding the case of the replacing of damaged or not corresponding to the order wares, the expenses for the return of the wares are charge of the client.

FORWARDING CHARGES

The prices shown are the ones the Client must effectively pay only adding a fix contribution for each order. The wares leave with no charge and the forwarding charges advanced for the Client are included in the amount shown.

PRIVACY

The site www.cosedidonna.com uses the opportunity to send and later to read "cookies", that are files used by the browsers to register information during the surfing.
